HRBP Intern

About the role

Join the Prada Group as an HR Business Partner Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international luxury environment. You will work closely with the HR Manager, supporting daily operations and learning the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition by defining hiring needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with external recruiters and universities.
• Manage onboarding activities, ensuring new hires complete all administrative steps for a smooth integration.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, maintaining compliance with Italian labor legislation and internal policies.
• Provide HR guidance to employees on routine questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve HR efficiency and connectivity across the company.
• Participate actively in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Positive, humble attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills in an international setting.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
