Human Resources Manager (Italy)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function for our operations in Italy. You will be responsible for aligning local HR practices with the group’s global strategy while ensuring compliance with Italian labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws, local regulations and relevant CCNL agreements.
• Manage labor disputes and maintain effective communication with unions.
• Adapt and implement global HR policies to fit the Italian market.
• Design and optimise performance management systems, compensation structures and talent development programmes.
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with headquarters in China and regional HR teams to support cross‑cultural initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle HR management experience in Italy.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws, CCNL agreements and HR best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, multinational or Chinese‑funded companies is highly preferred.
• Excellent cross‑cultural communication, problem‑solving and pressure‑resistant abilities.
• Strategic mindset linking HR initiatives to business objectives.
