IT Agent – W Sardinia

About the role

Marriott International is looking for an IT Agent to join its team in Sardinia. You will ensure the smooth operation of all technology assets, support end‑users, and maintain network and server infrastructure in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for software, hardware, internet access and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks, servers and supporting software.
• Perform system backups, manage user accounts, and reset passwords while safeguarding confidential data.
• Install, configure and modify workstations, including desktops, laptops, docking stations and printers.
• Inspect, test and diagnose computer equipment, and coordinate major repairs with vendors or technicians.
• Maintain an inventory of all technology devices and ensure proper security of backup media and equipment rooms.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant IT support experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb and perform physical tasks as needed.
