IT Project Manager (Customer Implementations)

About the role

BSI Software, creator of Europe's number-one CRM/CX platform, is hiring an IT Project Manager in Milan (80-100% commitment). You will lead customer projects and product implementations end to end, taking full ownership of outcomes, budgets, timelines and risks, from planning through delivery and acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer projects and product implementations from planning to delivery and acceptance
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks using established project management methodologies
• Ensure structured execution, including effective change request management
• Manage stakeholders proactively and communicate with customers, partners and internal teams
• Run workshops, present solutions and guide decision-making
• Select, onboard, manage and develop implementation partners
• Support the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations and contract negotiations

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems or a related field
• Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years)
• Experience with software implementations and project management in both agile and traditional environments
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, independent decision-making and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
