IT Proximity Team Leader

About the role

As the IT Proximity Team Leader you will report to the IT Support Manager Italia and act as the main point of contact for the Group IT department within the Field Services and Support (FSS) team. You will ensure high‑quality IT support for corporate sites in the Milan metropolitan area and for Richemont’s retail network across Italy, both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed support team, handling recruitment, coaching, objectives, and performance reviews.
• Plan and organise shift schedules to guarantee 24/7 coverage for corporate and retail locations.
• Participate in budget preparation, quarterly reviews and provide hardware/maintenance cost inputs.
• Contribute to project road‑maps, coordinate resources, and follow Group IT project‑management methodology.
• Monitor service delivery, generate KPI reports and drive continuous improvement in line with Group IT and FSS standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT support teams in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with regional peers, business stakeholders and HR.
• Ability to align technical services with business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS operating systems.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft O365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Basic experience with device MDM solutions such as Workspace ONE and Intune.
• Understanding of Active Directory and identity‑management tools (Saviynt a plus).
• Fundamental networking knowledge, primarily Cisco, and voice solutions like Teams PSTN.
