Junior Legal Counsel – Europe

About the role

JinkoSolar is expanding its legal team across Europe and is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support its growth in key markets. Reporting to the General Counsel Europe, you will work in a multicultural environment, handling a wide range of legal matters and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, draft memoranda and advise internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements.
• Organise and monitor the implementation of complex compliance schemes, acting as a liaison for multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide detailed progress reports on compliance projects, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Draft and review various legal documents, including agreements, statements, letters and correspondence.
• Create new document templates and assist with litigations, claims, disputes, mediations and arbitrations across the region.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal matters arising from business operations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree from a European university; LL.M. is a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an international corporate legal department or law firm.
• Understanding of the solar industry and global supply‑chain mechanisms is preferred.
• Impeccable integrity, professional ethics and a pragmatic problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
