Junior Legal Counsel Internship

About the role

Pramac is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel intern to support its Legal department. This role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate legal activities, including contract drafting, M&A support, compliance, data‑privacy, and litigation coordination within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft general contracts and deeds covering commercial, real‑estate, labor, consumer, e‑commerce, IT, IP, sponsorship, trade‑practice and finance matters.
• Assist in corporate governance tasks such as preparing board meetings, minutes, resolutions and proxies.
• Support M&A activities by conducting legal due‑diligence and preparing related documentation.
• Help manage compliance programmes, including the Model of Organization and Management under Italian Legislative Decree 231/01.
• Contribute to data‑privacy initiatives to align internal procedures with GDPR (Regulation 679/16) and company privacy policies.
• Coordinate litigation matters with external counsel.

Required profile

• Law degree (mandatory).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong teamwork abilities.
• High problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
