Junior Legal Counsel Internship

About the role

This internship supports Pramac's Legal department, offering hands‑on experience in corporate legal activities. You will assist with contract preparation, support M&A transactions, and contribute to compliance and data‑privacy initiatives within an international corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft general contracts and deeds covering commercial, real‑estate, labor, consumer, e‑commerce, IT, IP, sponsorship, trade and finance matters.
• Prepare minutes, resolutions, proxies and other documentation for governing bodies.
• Assist the legal team during M&A processes, including due‑diligence support.
• Support compliance activities, including management of the Model of Organization under D.lgs. 231/01 and other ethics programs.
• Help align internal procedures with GDPR (Regulation 679/16) and company privacy policies.
• Coordinate litigation matters with external counsel.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong teamwork abilities.
• High problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
