About the role
We are looking for a Junior Trainee to join our Employment Law team in Italy. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced employment lawyers on both advisory and transactional matters for domestic and international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice on work councils, unions, diversity & inclusion, boardroom and senior executive issues, and employment contracts.
- Support the employment aspects of M&A, outsourcing, relocations and restructuring projects.
- Assist with remuneration matters, corporate governance and employee incentive schemes.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor legislative developments and regulatory investigations.
Required profile
- Recent graduate in Italian Law.
- Brief experience in the Employment practice area of a law firm.
- Strong passion for labour and employment law.
- Academic background covering labour topics.
