Junior VFX Recruiter (Milan)

About the role

As a Junior VFX Recruiter you will support the day‑to‑day recruitment activities of our Milan studio, helping to attract and hire top artistic, production and technical talent for a fast‑growing visual effects company. This full‑time, permanent position is ideal for an organised, people‑focused professional who is eager to develop a long‑term career in talent acquisition within the creative industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process for artistic, production and technical roles.
• Post vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Review CVs, portfolios and demo reels against role requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and industry networks.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with offer documentation and coordinate onboarding.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous recruitment experience is desirable.
• Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Media or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident using LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in visual effects, animation, film or related creative sectors.
