Language Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Language Travel Consultant to join our team in Bologna. You will guide prospective students through every step of the study‑abroad journey, turning inquiries into life‑changing language travel experiences. The role combines consultative selling with a passion for international cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads and sales opportunities from initial contact to final enrollment.
• Analyse client needs and propose tailored language travel programs.
• Prepare and present written quotations via phone, email, in‑person meetings or WhatsApp.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up and nurture relationships throughout the decision‑making process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in line with company goals.

Required profile

• Commercially minded individual with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage a personal pipeline and prioritize activities.
• Passionate about travel, languages and cultural exchange.

Required skills

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and solid English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Additional language abilities are a plus.
