Language Travel Consultant – Study Abroad Sales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Language Travel Consultant to join our Bologna team. You will guide prospective students through every step of the study‑abroad journey, turning inquiries into life‑changing language travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads and sales opportunities from initial contact to final booking.
• Analyse client needs and propose tailored language travel programmes.
• Prepare and present written quotations via phone, email, in‑person meetings and messaging apps.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up with clients to ensure a smooth decision‑making process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Self‑managed pipeline, prioritising activities to meet targets.
• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and solid English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for travel, languages and international cultures.
