Leasing Professional – Terrazzo

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its Terrazzo community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through end‑to‑end leasing processes and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality through daily inspections and coordination with the marketing team.

Required profile

• Ability to perform full‑cycle leasing activities from prospecting to lease signing.
• Experience inspecting and preparing apartments for resident move‑in.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Capability to develop and implement marketing plans and referral programs.
• Proficiency with property‑management software to manage data and track performance.
