Legal & Compliance Manager – Pharma

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare Italy is seeking a highly motivated Legal & Compliance Manager to lead its compliance programme within the pharmaceutical sector. The role combines legal advisory, regulatory oversight, and risk management to support the company’s growth and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with GDPR and oversee data governance practices.
• Implement and monitor the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and define mitigation plans.
• Support and coordinate activities of the Supervisory Body (OdV).
• Manage Sunshine Act transparency reporting and value‑transfer disclosures.
• Lead internal compliance audits and oversee corrective action plans.
• Develop, update, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal departments.
• Oversee debt collection actions and manage outstanding receivables.
• Handle pre‑litigation matters and coordinate external counsel for litigation.
• Support regulatory, quality, AIFA relations, and CRO activities.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of legal and compliance experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy.
• Previous senior role such as Head of Legal, Compliance Officer, or General Counsel.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and judgment skills.
• Law degree or higher qualification and fluency in English.
