Legal & Compliance Officer

About the role

Institute Itech is looking for a rigorous, internationally‑oriented Legal & Compliance Officer to build and oversee its legal framework, corporate governance and compliance operations as the company expands across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Institute’s corporate legal structure, governance documents and statutory obligations.
• Advise executive leadership on corporate law matters, including entity structuring, shareholder agreements and board governance.
• Support the legal setup of new entities and subsidiaries, including international incorporations.
• Manage corporate secretarial functions and ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts such as NDAs, partnership agreements and other commercial agreements.

Required profile

• Legal professional with a strong background in corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
