Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

About the role

Alpitronic is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its fast‑growing e‑mobility business. You will provide strategic legal guidance on commercial agreements, ensure compliance, and help mitigate contractual risks across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing and partnership contracts with IP provisions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and opportunities related to contractual matters.
• Ensure all contractual relationships comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementation.
• Support business development initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks and identify contractual risks.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• Several years of experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel in an internationally operating company or law firm.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts in a technical environment, preferably electro‑engineering.
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and its inclusion in commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to assess and mitigate contractual business risks.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian and/or German are a plus.
