Legal Executive – Real Estate Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Legal Executive with a strong focus on real‑estate matters. The role involves handling all property‑related legal work, from drafting documents to managing litigation, and requires close collaboration with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property searches, title checks and verifications.
• Draft and review deeds, sale agreements, tenancy contracts, agency agreements, lease deeds, gift deeds, wills and other property documents.
• Prepare development agreements, powers of attorney and memoranda of understanding.
• Register deeds with DSR/ADSR offices and manage mutation and conversion processes.
• Coordinate legal compliance across Administration, HR, Finance, Marketing and other departments.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensure adherence to RERA and related construction laws.
• Manage litigation matters, including writs, suits, arbitration, drafting pleadings and attending court hearings.
• Provide legal research, opinions and risk mitigation advice to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–8 years of legal experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of property law, RERA regulations and related legislation.
• Excellent drafting, research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple matters under pressure and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
