Legal Intern

About the role

Join the legal department of Société Générale’s Milan branch as a Legal Intern. You will work under the guidance of a dedicated tutor, gaining hands‑on experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation for financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of agreements and contracts under Italian, English and French law, such as facilities, intercreditor and money‑market agreements.
• Support the creation of ancillary documents including confidentiality agreements, release letters, legal opinions, memoranda, mandates and guarantees.
• Contribute to contractual arrangements related to corporate activities, procurement, outsourcing and third‑party communications.
• Help draft and revise documentation for public offers and listings of bonds and certificates in Italy, including Final Terms, KIDs, and marketing material.

Required profile

• Degree in Law.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; additional French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and synthesis abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
