Legal Specialist

About the role

RadiciGroup is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its Group Legal team within the Legal & Compliance function. The role supports both RadiciGroup and DOMO activities, focusing on international contract management, corporate governance, litigation oversight, and external counsel coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate housekeeping for entities across multiple jurisdictions, including board and shareholder meetings, registrations, filings, and powers of attorney.
• Support extraordinary corporate transactions such as incorporations, liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, and business transfers, coordinating documentation and liaising with notaries and external counsel.
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer a wide range of commercial contracts, standardising templates and clauses to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Oversee litigation and dispute management, preparing case files, gathering documentation, and coordinating with external law firms.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on civil and commercial matters, preparing memos and risk assessments for internal stakeholders.
• Act as a proactive legal business partner, identifying and mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of corporate law principles and governance frameworks.
• Experience in managing international contracts and corporate transactions.
• Proven ability to handle litigation and coordinate with external counsel.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to produce clear legal memoranda and risk assessments.
