Legal Specialist

About the role

BasicNet Group is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its in‑house legal department. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the role offers daily interaction with multiple business functions and exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, execute and file commercial agreements such as agency, distribution, lease, supplier, service and NDA contracts.
• Assist with contract aspects of M&A and real‑estate transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
• Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, consumer, e‑commerce and intellectual‑property issues under supervision.
• Identify and address legal risks arising from day‑to‑day operations and propose practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments and support compliance monitoring.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on corporate or commercial law.
• Experience in contract management and legal support within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work collaboratively with business teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
