Legal Trainee – Corporate & Commercial Law Internship

About the role

Join Arsenalia’s Legal Department as a Legal Trainee and support the team in delivering innovative digital services to clients. You will work closely with internal and external legal teams, gaining hands‑on experience in corporate and commercial law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating and finalising contracts for cutting‑edge digital services with Italian, European and international partners.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions on civil and commercial law issues under the guidance of the Legal Department Manager.
• Prepare and review documentation for public tenders in collaboration with Administration and Sales.
• Support the Procurement team by reviewing supplier agreements and contracts.
• Update framework agreements, terms and conditions, purchasing agreements and compliance documents such as privacy policies.
• Draft corporate transaction documents, resolutions and meeting minutes.
• Work with external counsel on out‑of‑court settlements and dispute management.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Law and eligible for a curricular internship.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to prioritise tasks across multiple business functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.
