Logistics Specialist

About the role

JinkoSolar is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to manage end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations across Italy. You will work closely with sales, support, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth collaboration with freight forwarders and warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order receipt to final delivery.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reports.
• Develop logistics quotations and assist sales in project logistics planning.
• Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and communicate estimated arrival times to customers.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouses, headquarters, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support contract reviews and propose logistics solutions for customer projects.
• Maintain ERP and supply‑chain systems, ensuring accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience in an international company.
• At least 2 years managing inland transportation in Italy and Europe.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, transportation modes, customs procedures, EU VAT regulations and supply‑chain principles.
• Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages (Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese) are a plus.
