About the role

Marchay is a membership‑based luxury travel service that creates bespoke experiences for sophisticated travelers worldwide. As a Luxury Travel Advisor you will work remotely with a dedicated team to design, book, and deliver high‑end itineraries that exceed the expectations of our exclusive members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop personalized travel itineraries for high‑net‑worth members.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences aligned with client preferences.
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, private residences, transportation, activities, and special requests with global suppliers.
• Provide end‑to‑end client service, from initial consultation through post‑trip follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate trip records in CRM systems and ensure timely communication.
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and partner offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience as a travel advisor in the luxury segment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth travelers.
• Availability to work Eastern Time business hours and reside in North America.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar travel technology platforms.
