About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level attorney to join our litigation team in Orange County. The successful candidate will work on a variety of business disputes, providing counsel and representation to our clients.

Key responsibilities

Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Draft, revise, and review corporate and business documents.
Conduct thorough investigations of complaints.
Assess legal risks, estimate potential damages, and recommend strategies to clients.
Travel regularly to attend hearings and other required events.

Required profile

Three to five years of general business litigation experience.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong analytical ability.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize deadlines, and manage multiple client matters.
Detail‑oriented approach to maintaining and updating case files.
