About the role
Join the Zadig & Voltaire team at Rinascente Turin as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You will work 30 hours per week, providing premium service to a demanding clientele while representing a leading luxury brand.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, delivering personalized advice to build loyalty.
- Drive sales by meeting commercial targets and mastering cash‑desk procedures.
- Handle product receipt, labeling, merchandising, and maintain a pristine store environment.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and process returns or repairs.
- Review sales data and contribute to both qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
- Strong interest in sales with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a persuasive service attitude.
