About the role

We are looking for a recent law graduate to join our Capital Markets team in Rome as a legal trainee. The position offers the opportunity to work on structured finance and debt capital markets matters within a global law firm.

Key responsibilities

Support senior lawyers in matters related to structured finance and debt capital markets.
Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and financial market topics.
Assist in the preparation of documentation and filings for capital market transactions.

Required profile

Law degree with a minimum grade of 105/110.
Thesis preferably focused on banking law or financial markets.
Up to six months of practical experience in structured finance or debt capital markets, preferably in an international or boutique law firm.
Excellent written and spoken English.
