About the role
We are looking for a recent law graduate to join our Capital Markets team in Rome as a legal trainee. The position offers the opportunity to work on structured finance and debt capital markets matters within a global law firm.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior lawyers in matters related to structured finance and debt capital markets.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and financial market topics.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and filings for capital market transactions.
Required profile
- Law degree with a minimum grade of 105/110.
- Thesis preferably focused on banking law or financial markets.
- Up to six months of practical experience in structured finance or debt capital markets, preferably in an international or boutique law firm.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
