Pricing Analyst – Data‑Driven Aftersales Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Pricing Analyst to join our Enlarged Europe Parts & Services team. You will own the development of competitive, future‑ready pricing strategies that directly impact our aftersales business across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI‑powered solutions and digital transformation within the aftersales pricing process.
• Maintain and enhance internal databases and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Analyse large datasets (parts master data, pricing, sales performance) to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Monitor competitor pricing, conduct impact analyses, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage external pricing studies and benchmarking exercises, translating results into actionable insights.
• Support recurring pricing activities such as inflation updates, discount reviews, margin control, and corridor price implementation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Reliability, ownership, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access (a plus).
• Experience with Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
