Processing Operator IV – Seed Processing (Parma, ID)

About the role

We are seeking a Processing Operator IV to join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team in Parma, Idaho. The role involves operating within one of the seed‑processing sub‑departments – warehousing/receiving, conditioning, enhancement, treatment or packaging/shipping – to ensure accurate measurement and handling of seed lots for customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Process seed materials according to manufacturing orders across designated sub‑departments.
• Maintain the availability of seed lots for sales and shipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and international accreditation requirements.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safe work practices.
• Provide feedback and coordinate with other sub‑departments.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or agricultural operations.
• Experience working in a seasonal, demanding environment.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
• Commitment to quality management systems and safety standards.
