Property Manager – Trento Site

About the role

Join Siemens Energy’s South East Europe Real Estate team as a Property Manager for the Trento and Veneto sites. You will be responsible for overseeing all property‑related activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day real estate operations at the Trento site, coordinating with senior site leadership.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain facilities to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE policies and legal obligations.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers and contractors, monitoring service level agreements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for property expenses and prepare regular performance reports.
• Assist site expansion projects by aligning real‑estate activities with project timelines.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate real estate or facility management.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
• Regular stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel to Veneto once a month and work 100 % on‑site.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of CAD.
