Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Alpinestars is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle and bring top talent into the organization. You will work in a fast‑paced, English‑speaking environment supporting a global brand in performance apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Post vacancies on relevant job portals and promote them through LinkedIn and other networks.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and negotiate offers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English; full professional proficiency.
