Retail Trainer – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Retail Trainer supports Emporio Armani’s European retail network by delivering consistent, high‑impact training that enhances customer experience, sales performance and product knowledge across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging in‑store and online training sessions on sales techniques, customer experience and product expertise.
• Support back‑office tasks related to the planning and organization of classroom and on‑site training programmes.
• Identify training needs through analysis of retail KPIs and feedback.
• Create and update content for the e‑learning app and annual training materials, including collection photos and layouts.
• Maintain regular communication with regional teams and stores, providing material updates and new content.
• Organise and facilitate induction programmes for retail staff at national and international levels.
• Conduct structured store visits, prepare feedback reports and highlight improvement areas.
• Assist with the administrative management of day‑to‑day training activities.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in the retail sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail training.
• Strong knowledge of key retail performance indicators.
