Senior Associate - Audit

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Audit practice in Italy, covering Bologna, Firenze, Parma and Ancona. In this role you will work with diverse clients to provide independent assurance on financial statements, internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures to obtain reasonable assurance that financial statements are free from material misstatement.
• Assess governance, risk management processes and related controls.
• Prepare and issue audit reports, including auditor’s opinion.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business context and needs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality audit engagements.
