Senior Finance Analyst (B2G Reconciliation) – Fixed Term

About the role

Global Services Finance Legal Entity Accounting (GSF LEA) at Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a fixed-term Account to Report (ATR) Finance Analyst in Milan, Italy. The role manages B2G (business-to-government) reconciliation, covering inbound, outbound and intercompany transactions, and works with finance teams, business units, customer service, procurement and tax to keep data accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Run B2G reconciliation processes and prepare accurate filings and reports within corporate and regional deadlines
• Handle daily eInvoicing and eArchiving operations for global markets and move reconciliation activities to other locations
• Resolve discrepancies with cross-functional finance teams and support Legal Entity Accounting allocation and reporting
• Prepare reconciliation reports, analyse variances and coordinate data flows between local teams, global services accounting and local authorities
• Support audit preparations and help implement improved, automated reconciliation procedures
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation and reporting

Required profile

• Solid accounting and finance knowledge and basic VAT knowledge
• Experience in a shared services centre, multinational corporation or BPO
• Strong English and Italian, with clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritise under tight deadlines and work independently
• Openness to new technology and AI concepts, including prompt engineering

Required skills

• ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Power BI and Alteryx
• Financial analysis, forecasting, modelling and disclosure
