Senior HR Manager – Italy

About the role

Medacta is expanding its presence in Italy and is creating a new Senior HR Manager position. Reporting to the Chief People Officer in Switzerland, you will act as a trusted HR partner for local managers and employees, helping to build scalable and compliant people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to Italian business leaders.
• Support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure alignment with local labour law.
• Develop and implement people processes that support growth and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Group People function and local management on HR initiatives.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of Italian labour law.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and credibility when dealing with managers and employees.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
