Senior Manager, GTM Operational Excellence

About the role

This senior leadership position is based in Italy and sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and AI‑driven transformation. You will redesign how a global Go‑To‑Market organization works at scale, moving beyond traditional process optimisation to create data‑driven, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi‑quarter GTM Operational Excellence strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing operations team focused on systemic inefficiencies.
• Partner with senior executives across RevOps, Systems, Data, Product, Finance and GTM to align priorities.
• Design and oversee AI‑enabled operational systems, including automation workflows and knowledge‑management structures.
• Conduct deep root‑cause analyses of complex operational challenges and deliver scalable solutions with engineering teams.
• Own enterprise change‑management frameworks to ensure adoption of new processes and tools globally.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as cost‑to‑serve, ticket deflection, MTTR, adoption velocity and process efficiency.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and translate failures into preventive infrastructure enhancements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations or equivalent roles within fast‑scaling SaaS or tech organisations.
• Proven leadership managing and scaling high‑performing operations or RevOps teams (minimum 2‑3 years).
• Strong track record of building and evolving GTM systems, processes and operational frameworks in growth and enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of complex GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce, CPQ tools, routing systems and compensation platforms.
• Solid understanding of AI and automation concepts applied to operational workflows.
