Store Manager – Retail (Florence)

About the role

Venchi is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its flagship shop in Florence. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring a premium customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the store P&L and achieve financial targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to meet business goals.
• Maintain high standards of selling technique and customer service.
• Organise and deliver training for existing staff and new hires.
• Communicate updates and initiatives clearly to the team.
• Monitor KPIs, manage scheduling, orders, forecasting and inventory.
• Ensure Venchi’s service model is consistently applied.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and store layouts.
• Identify and propose practical improvements to close operational gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of store management experience.
• At least 1 year of people‑management experience.
• Result‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Data‑driven approach to business strategy.
• International mindset, fluent in Italian and English.
• Positive, flexible and passionate about chocolate and gelato.
