Sales & Service Lead - Via Roma, Florence

About the role

ALO is looking for a Sales & Service Lead for its Via Roma studio in Florence. The role is central to raising the guest experience: it ensures targets for engagement, guest education and interaction are met, creates a service-lead environment on the sales floor and helps turn the studio into a place that stands out from other retailers. The position is full-time, 32-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor by assessing guest connection and product knowledge, and coach team members to close gaps
• Build client relationships day to day and analyse reports to plan actions and spot growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives across the store
• Work with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, vendors, technology and facilities
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment, development and performance evaluation, and partner with the store leader on feedback
• Work with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads on cross-functional training and on company-wide operations projects

Required profile

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability
• Receptive to feedback and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Right to live and work in Italy from the start of employment

Schedule: availability for opening, closing and weekend shifts, and for the period from Black Friday through the first week of January.
