Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic consulting scenarios that enable AI models to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with uncertainty and defending recommendations based on incomplete information.
