Strategy Consultant

About the role

3HORIZONS is looking for a Strategy Consultant to lead end‑to‑end project executions and help clients turn strategic intent into measurable results. You will work with senior leadership, manage small project teams and contribute to the evolution of our Strategy in Action platform.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage full project lifecycles, from research and analysis to client delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of up to three consultants, ensuring high‑performance delivery.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Design and facilitate workshops for diverse audiences, presenting actionable insights.
• Provide operational support by structuring analyses in complex, dynamic environments.
• Collaborate with the Strategy in Action team to improve methodologies, tools, and consulting approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or comparable strategic role.
• Master’s degree from a leading university; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven record of high performance and significant achievements.
• Strong ability to influence partners and senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of Lean testing, MVPs, and disciplined experimentation.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in team settings.
