Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Bologna team. You will ensure the smooth flow of our supply chain operations, covering demand planning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination while continuously improving performance through KPI analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Implement demand planning to guarantee product availability, optimal stock levels, and efficient delivery schedules.
• Manage the procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and secure timely, cost‑effective purchasing of materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—including clients, suppliers, and logistics partners—to ensure clear communication and efficient operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on critical KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supply chain or procurement role, preferably in an international environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong planning and analytical abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
