About the role

Oracle is seeking a System Administrator to define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast‑paced, leading‑edge database and applications environment. The role supports critical infrastructure that powers industry innovations and life‑saving care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor fundamental server and network capacity to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify problem characteristics, resolve issues directly when possible, and otherwise record, escalate, and track incidents to closure.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the resolution process.

Required profile

• Ability to solve problems with guidance while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
