Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist (Maternity cover)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist will join our headquarters in Milan, supporting the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a professional, inclusive experience for all stakeholders. This maternity‑cover position offers the chance to work closely with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and universities to build a strong talent pipeline for the luxury and fashion sector.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job ads on targeted recruitment channels and screen CVs.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes, from briefing to hiring.
• Engage hiring managers and candidates to guarantee a smooth hiring journey.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and nurture a network of prospective candidates.
• Develop and manage university partnerships in Italy and abroad to attract junior talent.
• Keep recruitment files up‑to‑date, tracking budgets, timelines, and other metrics.
• Prepare all required documentation for internships.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (any discipline).
• Previous recruitment experience, either in‑house or at an agency, is mandatory.
• Experience abroad is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands‑on attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and eager to learn about the luxury fashion industry.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and computer literate.
