Account Director

About the role

Fetcherr is looking for a highly motivated Account Director to own strategic relationships with key customers across multiple verticals. The role serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, commercial performance, and alignment between Fetcherr’s AI‑driven product suite and each client’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day liaison for strategic accounts, maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Translate client needs and business goals into actionable plans that leverage Fetcherr’s capabilities.
• Own execution of client initiatives, driving projects to completion while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for product adoption, feature utilization, and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations in partnership with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Program, Tech, Support, and Data Science teams to ensure successful solution delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent the client’s voice internally to influence product development and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
• At least 10 years of experience in a client‑facing commercial role such as customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong execution skills with a proven ability to drive complex initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting commitments.
