Account Manager (f/m/d)

About the role

Awin is looking for an Account Manager based in Milan to support its small and medium-sized clients. The role focuses on consulting and soft management of several affiliate programmes, acting as a point of contact who shares basic strategy and optimisation techniques, helps with technical and financial issues, runs meetings when needed and liaises with publishers and other key stakeholders to support client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic client service for medium-sized clients
• Identify potential growth clients and develop them in line with the Team Leader and the HoAS
• Hold business review meetings with clients
• Meet timelines, targets and quality standards
• Document meetings, presentations, reports and templates accurately
• Support programme implementations and reporting to the Team Leader and the client
• Help with extra tasks such as marketing initiatives and internal projects

Required profile

• 1/2 years of previous experience in digital advertising or e-commerce
• Previous experience in performance marketing is a plus
• Proactive, self-reliant and open to learning new skills
• Fluent Italian and English

Required skills

• Well-founded Excel and PowerPoint skills
