About the role
Join Deliveroo’s Commercial team in Genova as an Account Manager, acting as a strategic consultant for restaurant partners across Liguria. You will use data‑driven insights and industry knowledge to drive partner growth and strengthen brand relationships in the Italian market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, serving as the primary point of contact and building long‑term partnerships.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and share insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals and improve financial performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, loyalty and overall portfolio performance.
- Oversee the perimeter P&L, flag financial risks and uncover new revenue streams.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of building long‑term professional relationships.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to use P&L data for commercial decision‑making.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills handling complex agreements.
- Good understanding of the Horeca, restaurant or food market sectors.
- Fluency in English and proficiency with project‑management and data‑analysis tools.
