AI Engineer – Build M&A AI Agents

About the role

DeepTree is looking for a passionate AI Engineer to design and deploy intelligent agents that automate M&A analysis. You will work at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI research and high‑impact financial decision‑making, contributing directly to products used by top investment banks and private equity firms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch custom AI agents that perform M&A tasks with analyst‑level precision.
• Research state‑of‑the‑art models, fine‑tune them, and move them into production environments.
• Collaborate with a fast‑learning, high‑talent team to iterate quickly and solve novel problems.
• Maintain production‑ready systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong passion for AI and a drive to learn and build rapidly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a focus on delivering functional production systems.
• Creative problem‑solver who can combine rigorous engineering with out‑of‑the‑box thinking.

Required skills

• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Hands‑on knowledge of machine learning and deep learning model development.
• Ability to fine‑tune models and deploy them in a production setting.
