Architect – Milan

About the role

Oneworks is seeking a talented Architect and a motivated Junior Architect to join its multidisciplinary team in Milan. You will work on a wide range of projects, from infrastructure and airports to residential, hospitality, and learning spaces, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and interior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in master‑planning, urban design, and transport‑related projects.
• Develop concept and schematic designs and advance them through all design phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Produce high‑quality graphics and presentation material for client and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reputable architecture offices.
• Proven experience in master planning, urban design, or transport projects; international experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within fast‑paced team environments.
• Professional registration (P.IVA and Iscrizione all’Albo) and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Strong graphic abilities with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino.
• Good knowledge of Revit.
