About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store at OrioCenter in Orio al Serio. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and developing the team. It is built on a promote-from-within philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise the sales floor and stockroom
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll and train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays and protect store assets
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions and operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omnichannel orders and represent the brand

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2)
• Strong customer focus, knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong work ethic
• Ability to coach others, balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
