Key Lead (Part-Time Floor Supervisor) - Hollister, Orio Center

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead (part-time) for its Hollister store at Orio Center in Orio al Serio. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor and is part of the store leadership team, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and daily sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2)
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays, with longer hours during peak times

The full-time equivalent pay range is EUR 28,692 per year (40 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified later. Job offers are subject to completing the applicable work visa formalities.
